A Colombian foundation to rebuild Colombia
Based in Yopal, Casanare, we were born to turn solidarity into concrete work.
The Ford Business Group Foundation is a non-profit organization, registered under NIT 901939980-2, dedicated to rebuilding the areas of Colombia devastated by the magnitude 7.4 earthquake of 10 August 2026. We believe that rebuilding a country is not only about raising buildings, but about giving each community back its ability to learn, heal and thrive.

Rebuild schools, hospitals and community infrastructure in earthquake-affected areas, prioritizing the country's most remote and vulnerable communities.

A Colombia where no child is left without a classroom, no community without a hospital and no region forgotten after a disaster.

Every figure we publish has a verifiable source. We do not exaggerate or invent data.

We start where it is hardest to reach and work with communities, not above them.

We do not leave when the cameras go. We stay until the work fulfills its purpose.

When the earth shook on 10 August, all of Colombia held its breath. In seconds, classrooms where children learned and hospitals where life began were reduced to rubble. Watching the map of tragedy spread across fifteen departments was heartbreaking.
But we also saw something more: the strength of a country that refuses to give up. At the Ford Business Group Foundation we commit to standing with communities — starting with the most forgotten in Chocó — until the last school reopens its doors and the last hospital turns its lights back on.

Our headquarters are in Yopal, capital of the department of Casanare. From there we coordinate reconstruction in earthquake-affected areas across the country.
